Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product, we will gladly exchange or refund items bought on within 30 days of the delivery of your order.

To return or exchange a product purchased at, please follow the below steps.

We will process your refund or exchange minus any shipping charges once we determine that your order is eligible.


You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48-72 hours after we receive your email.

Refunds will either be issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment.  Refunds may take up to 10-12 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
